By booking a session or purchasing photos from Heather at Lethal Productions, you agree to the following terms. All images remain the property of Lethal Productions and are licensed for personal use only—this includes social media sharing, printing, and personal display. Commercial use, resale, or editing of images without written permission is not allowed. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the shoot date. Edited images are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks via a high-resolution online gallery. RAW files are not included. Standard editing is provided; additional retouching may incur extra charges. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. Weather-related reschedules are accommodated at no additional cost. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Dallas–Fort Worth area. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
